Austim Meeting at Westerville Store

This year the Raisin Rack is pleased to announce that we are partnering with Nationwide Children’s Hospital Autism Center. Please make sure that you sign up to reserve your spot for our first Autism meeting at the Raisin Rack. Melissa Lawrence from Children’s Autism Center will be directing the meeting. Our first meeting will be on Thursday, September 23.2010 from 7-8pm. Gluten Free Tasting

On Saturday September 11, 2010 The Raisin Rack in Canton and Westerville will be having a Gluten Free sampling from 10-2pm to benefit Walk Now for Autism Speaks. Join us in sampling some great gluten free products while we help raise money for Autism. During the tasting both stores will have information about the walk and Autism. The Canton store will have some Autism Walk representatives on hand, and the Westerville store will have representatives from Nationwide Children’s Hospital Autism Center. We hope to see you there.

Celiac Research Study

Survey Needs Participants!

The Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University is starting a research study to assess the knowledge of chefs and the general public about celiac disease. We will also be looking at people that follow the gluten free diet (because of celiac disease or gluten sensitivity) and whether their quality of life with respect to restaurant eating is affected because of the diet.


The results of this study will be written in a medical journal and will benefit individuals with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity.
